Three Ways to Print in Gmail

We use Google Apps for Education in my district and frequently I get questions about printing out an email when using Gmail.  Typically, teachers get frustrated that when they try to print an email, they get more than they wanted.  If you have trouble printing exactly what you want, take a look at my video that highights three ways to print in Gmail.

Google Chrome also has an extension called Clean Print, which allows you to print or PDF only what you want from a website.  It works great with news articles and recipes.  I haven't been able to get it to work with Gmail.  However, it is a great extension that not only saves paper, but lets you create PDFs or even share with your social networks.  My video below shows you how to get the Clean Print Extension in Google Chrome.  You can also read more about 5 Google Chrome Extensions to Help Your School Save Ink and Paper on the Free Technology For Teachers Blog by @rmbyrne

Happy Printing!
